Happy Pride from All at Fnality!

Over the past year, we have taken significant steps to ensure that the environment we work actively encourages our super Fnamily to bring their whole self to work. We are immensely proud that everyone at Fnality embraces our culture and we look forward to building on this success in the years to come.

Our corporate culture values are collaboration, outcome orientation, development and empowerment. All of which is based on RESPECT. Our employees are entitled to enjoy a prejudice-free working environment that values differences and rejects any and all forms of discrimination. We support and promote an inclusive corporate culture that attaches a high priority to the DIVERSITY of our staff and makes it possible for all employees to utilise their talents and demonstrate their full potential, irrespective of age, gender, religion, ethnic origin, sexual orientation or physical capabilities.

Rob Fanshawe, Chief People Officer:

At Fnality, we know diversity is essential to our success. Together we are achieving something that's never been done before, and to succeed we know we need to bring together people from as wide a range of backgrounds and viewpoints as possible. Our company culture is built around our CODE (our values - Collaboration, Outcomes Focus, Development and Empowerment) and it's intertwined into everything from our hiring process to our daily stand-ups - by focussing on these values our ultimate aim is to create an even playing field for all, regardless of sexual orientation, race, disability, gender identity and/or family situation. We're extremely proud of how included our Fnamily feel (we scored 4.5 out of 5 on our latest employee survey for the sense of belonging and inclusion our employees feel at work) but we know we have more work to do, whether that's through making our company more accessible to those with disabilities, or stepping our efforts up to bring more racial or gender diversity to our team. This month, we pledge our ongoing support for LGBTQ+ Pride and the BlackLivesMatter movements and will be creating an action plan to continue to make our hiring process and work environment accessible to all”.

Rhomaios Ram, CEO:

“I’m so proud that everyone at Fnality feels free to be themselves to work. If we continue to apply our diverse experiences and diverse perspectives to tackling challenges and taking opportunities, we will continue to deliver on our visionIts an exciting time to work for Fnality.
